Large, antique or valuable pieces and difficult-to-reach locations need a more detailed assessment. Tell us about fragile frames, previous repairs or unusual hanging hardware before the appointment.

Do I have to mark the wall first?
No. You can show the intended positions during the visit. For multiple pieces, let us know whether you want help arranging them so that planning time is included.
Can you work with my interior designer?
Yes. Share the layout and relevant instructions in advance. We can coordinate placement and discuss any mounting or access questions.
Can you install a heavy or antique mirror?
These projects are assessed individually. Dimensions, weight, frame condition, wall type, access and any additional help are considered before the job is accepted.
Can you drill into tile?
Suitable tile installations can be assessed. Send photos and explain what is behind the proposed location if known. Hidden services and the fixing method need to be considered.
