Tony Craftsman respects the privacy of our clients and their homes. We treat names, contact details, exact addresses, apartment numbers, appointment details, private correspondence, building access instructions and security information as confidential.
We do not publish these details without your permission, sell your personal information, or share it for another company’s marketing. Confidential information is used only as reasonably necessary to handle your request, perform the agreed services, maintain business records or meet legal obligations.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification or building access codes through the website’s estimate form. If access instructions are needed, arrange a suitable way to provide them directly.
Information we collect and use
When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project description and information you choose to provide. We may later request the job address and relevant building requirements.
We use this information to answer questions, prepare estimates, arrange appointments and complete your project. Requesting an estimate does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
Limited sharing
Relevant information may be provided to a helper involved in your agreed project, or to service providers that operate our website, email and communications. Sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Storage, security and your choices
We take reasonable steps to protect client information. However, no online service or method of communication can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage projects, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records where necessary.

Website technology
The estimate form uses a first-party session cookie to protect requests. It expires after one hour unless renewed. This cookie is used for form security, not advertising.
This website does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If you follow a link to Google, Yelp, TaskRabbit, a social network or a messaging service, that service handles your interaction under its own privacy policy.
Uploaded project photos are resized and their embedded metadata is removed before they are attached to an estimate email. Only upload material that is appropriate for your project request.
Project photographs and video
Where permitted, Tony Craftsman may take close-up photographs or short videos of the work process and completed installations for documentation, our portfolio, website, social media and advertising.
These materials focus on the work itself, such as installed televisions, furniture, shelving, mounting details and other completed results. We frame or edit material intended for publication to exclude recognizable clients, identifying reflections, voices, exact addresses, documents, personal screens, access codes and other private details.
Identifiable people are not used in promotional materials without separate express written permission. Restrictions agreed with the client, building rules and third-party rights—including copyright in artwork—remain applicable.
Please tell us before work begins if photography or publication is restricted. We respect agreed restrictions and written confidentiality arrangements. You may also contact us with a privacy concern about published material.
