WALL REPAIRS & PAINTING
Wall Repairs & Room Painting in Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens
A fresh room starts with the surface.
Send close-up and wide photos of the mounting holes or small areas needing attention. Include whether matching paint is available. The surface, existing finish and repair area are assessed before the scope is agreed. Room painting and refreshing an apartment before renting it out can also be discussed separately. Send room photos, approximate dimensions and whether the space is furnished or empty so we can agree on the preparation, materials and full scope.

Before we confirm the work
Color matching can be imperfect, especially on aged paint; repainting a larger area may be needed for a consistent finish. Active leaks, mold, suspected hazardous paint and structural damage need appropriate assessment before cosmetic work.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Can you patch holes left by a TV or shelves?
Yes, small mounting holes can be included in an estimate. Send close-up and wider photos, and tell us whether you have the original paint.
Is paint included?
Materials and who supplies them are agreed separately. If we purchase agreed supplies, their cost is included in the estimate or separately approved.
Will a small touch-up be invisible?
Not always. Existing paint may have faded or changed sheen. We discuss the likely finish and whether repainting the wall is the more suitable option.
