Plan around your building’s requirements.

Before we settle on an appointment, check whether your building requires a certificate of insurance, advance contractor approval, a service entrance or a reserved elevator. Tony Craftsman is insured and COI requirements can be reviewed before the visit. A building’s approval process may affect the available dates.

For a walk-up, tell us the floor and any narrow stairs. For large TVs, wardrobes or heavy mirrors, access is part of the handling plan. Share any delivery or loading instructions when arranging the appointment; an initial estimate can begin with just your ZIP.

TVs, artwork and furniture — one project list.

For TV mounting, send the exact model, bracket link and a photo showing the full wall. Include the sofa position, soundbar and nearby outlets. Samsung The Frame and OLED installations need planning for the specific equipment and wall; new electrical wiring and outlet relocation are not offered.

For art and mirror installation, share dimensions, approximate weights and photos of the backs. A gallery wall can be planned around the spacing, furniture and pieces you already own. Antique mirrors and valuable objects receive an individual installation plan.

For furniture assembly, product links identify the model and scope more reliably than a box count. Include any disassembly, reassembly or anchoring in your request. If you are moving in, combine these tasks with curtain rods or shelves in a single move-in setup list.

Renting? Confirm the mounting rules first.

Check any landlord or building restrictions on drilling before booking. A wall’s appearance does not establish its construction: brick, plaster, drywall and metal framing can require different fixings. Send a clear photo and say if you do not know the wall type. The final method is chosen after assessing the actual surface and the item.

If you are replacing an installation, show the existing holes, bracket and finish. Discuss small wall repairs or touch-ups as part of the scope rather than assuming they are included.
