A wide wall does not by itself confirm a suitable mounting surface. For an existing installation, photograph the old bracket and cable entry points, and state whether removal or relocation is part of the request.
Coordinate artwork with furniture placement
A series of frames, oversized art or a large mirror needs dimensions, fitting details and an agreed layout. Tell me if any pieces need delicate handling or if the arrangement follows a designer’s plan. Furniture assembly can be included, with room-by-room product links and quantities, so the installation sequence is clear before work starts.

Include loading and building arrangements
Share the floor, access route, service entrance and elevator booking if applicable. A townhouse or walk-up needs its own stair and doorway information. Items should be delivered before the visit unless another arrangement is explicitly confirmed. Send COI requirements with enough time to review the building’s instructions.
