Existing fixing holes may not suit the new equipment. Removing a bracket, fitting a new one and addressing visible old holes should be described together in the request.
Lay out artwork across rooms or a stairwell
For a collection running along a hall or staircase, send an overview and dimensions of each frame. Include the installation height and the available standing space. High or awkward positions require individual assessment and suitable equipment; they are not assumed to be a standard hanging job. Mirrors and furniture anchoring can be included with their weights and product details.

Protect the route and plan the work area
Tell me about internal stairs, narrow landings and finishes that need particular care. Share building rules, permitted contractor hours and COI instructions. Keep the work area clear of loose objects, and agree on any removal, repairs or additional handling before the appointment.
