Allow room for the screen to move
For a TV that turns toward more than one seating position, send views from both positions and the exact bracket model. Include nearby shelves, lights and door swings. An articulating arm needs suitable support and clearance through its range of movement, while cables need enough slack without hanging into the walkway. A flat position and an extended position should both be part of the plan.
Balance the wall around tall furniture
Bookcases, a tall cabinet or an existing art collection can set the scale of a new installation. Provide the overall furniture dimensions and photos of the pieces to be hung. If furniture is not yet assembled, include the product link and intended placement. Final artwork spacing should follow the furniture position rather than an estimate made from an empty room.

Include your floor, the entrance to use and any elevator reservations. Let me know about a mezzanine, internal steps or a tight turn inside the apartment. Share building instructions and COI requirements before scheduling so the appointment covers the actual work and access.
Planning questions for NoHo
Is an articulating mount always better for a small room?
Not necessarily. It depends on the viewing positions, TV size, available clearance and wall. Send the room photographs and equipment details so the options can be reviewed.
Can you install art after assembling a cabinet?
Yes. Include both tasks in the request so assembly and positioning can happen before the wall arrangement is marked.
