Start with the surface and viewing position
A loft-style room, exposed masonry or a wide window wall can change where a TV works best. Send a wide room photo, wall close-up and the TV and mount models. Note whether the surface is brick, concrete, a partition or unknown; the name of the building is not enough to choose fixings. Show the seating direction and nearby outlets so screen placement and cable routing can be discussed together.
Large artwork and a media console as one arrangement
For a substantial canvas, framed print or mirror, provide its dimensions, approximate weight and a photo of the back. If a console or storage unit is being assembled below it, send the product link and final position. The installation can follow a designer’s layout, with spacing reviewed before the wall is marked.

Tell me whether the TV and furniture are already inside the apartment. Include loading instructions, elevator reservations and COI requirements supplied by your building. Large items and narrow turns may require additional handling, which should be agreed before arrival.
