Make one move-in list
Combine your furniture links, TV and bracket models, artwork dimensions and shelf plans in one request. Delivery timing matters: tell us which pieces have arrived and which are still expected. A move-in setup can be organized around the items that are ready.
Show the working area and mention stairs, elevators, loading instructions and any contractor hours. COI requirements should be shared early. Do not assume that an estimate for one item includes disassembly, moving heavy furniture or packaging removal.
TV, soundbar and work-from-home space
For TV mounting, show the seating area, outlets and intended equipment locations. A soundbar, cable cover or equipment shelf can be discussed as part of the scope. Bracket compatibility and the wall need to be checked for the actual TV.
For a desk or monitor setup, send the equipment models and product links. An office display and a television are different items, so include exactly what needs mounting. This TV bracket project illustrates why space and access behind a screen matter.

Storage assembled as a complete pair
Two matching wood storage units combine open shelving with glass-front lower cabinets. The full configuration helps us plan assembly space, placement and access.

Storage that suits the room
For modular shelves and storage, provide the full configuration and intended load. Tell us whether you need a free-standing unit assembled, furniture anchored or shelves mounted directly to the wall; the scope differs.
A finished wall may be drywall, plaster or masonry beneath the surface. Send photographs and say when the construction is unknown. Artwork and mirrors can be added to the same list once the furniture layout is settled.
Starting prices and project scope
TV mounting starts at $100, art and mirror installation at $100, and furniture assembly at $80. These are starting prices. The final estimate depends on the items, wall, access, hardware and any additional tasks.
Send one combined list for a move-in setup rather than separate requests for each item.
